The contents of dental practice websites are dictated by the General Dental Council, a body that regulates the UK’s dental professionals for the benefit of patients. To ensure that Cromwell Dental Practice meets all criteria, this page contains the necessary information.
Our dentists, hygienists, and dental nurses are all registered with the General Dental Council and comply to all rules governing the profession and standards of care. These standards can be accessed on the GDC website.
At Cromwell Dental Practice, we’re committed to providing the highest quality care and services in Walton-on-Thames. We recognise the importance of continuous improvement and understand that patient feedback is imperative in achieving this objective.
It is part of our responsibility as dental professionals to deal properly and professionally with all complaints. Patient complaints are dealt with in line with the Practice Complaints Process. We aim to sort out the complaints as quickly and effectively as possible.
A written acknowledgement will be provided to you within 3 days of receipt of a formal complaint. A full investigation will ensure to ascertain:
• What happened and why it happened?
• What will be done to put things right?
• What action will be taken to resolve the matter?
• What will be done to stop this from re-occurring?
A written response will be sent accordingly within 10 working days. On occasion where investigations may take longer than 10 working days, we will notify you in writing of the delay and advise you of the revised date of resolution.
